This heavy kick plate is fitted to protect the face of a door from wear and tear. It has a strong quality and looks good on oak or painted doors. Ideal for heavy use areas, especially in commercial premises. Beeswax Finish. Dimensions: Backplate Size: 700mm x 150mm. Thickness: 4mm. Face fixing and supplied with 8 countersink screws. Our range of kick plates are forged from mild steel offering your door excellent protection from wear and tear. Face fix to the surface of your door, ideal for heavy use areas and commercial settings. Available in two different sizes. Supplied with matching SS wood screws. Beeswax is our most authentic finish for steel. After forging, these products are dipped into hot beeswax which allows them to retain their original colours ranging from blue to deep ochre. All our Beeswax ironmongery offers a subtle matt richness and is a more natural, and far softer, alternative to a black powder coated finish. These products offer excellent internal protection when properly maintained.
