FAQs

Are these clogs waterproof?

Yes, they are made from fully moulded Croslite, which is water-friendly and quick-drying.

Can I wear these in the shower?

Yes, the material is water-resistant and the ventilation ports allow for drainage, making them suitable for shower or pool use.

How do I fit Jibbitz charms?

Simply press the charm backing into any of the circular ventilation ports on the top of the clog.

What is the best way to clean them?

Use mild soap and water with a soft cloth or brush to remove surface dirt.

Should I leave them in the sun?

No, avoid prolonged exposure to direct high heat, as it can cause the material to warp.

Do these provide arch support?

Yes, the Croslite material provides natural cushioning and support suitable for casual, everyday activity.

Troubleshooting

The shoe feels a bit tight or stiff.

Croslite material often conforms to the foot with natural body heat over a few wears. Ensure you are wearing the correct size.

Dirt has accumulated in the ventilation ports.

Rinse the clogs under a garden hose or sink faucet. The material is non-absorbent and will release debris easily.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

These clogs are ready to wear right out of the box. To maintain their appearance, clean them with a damp cloth or rinse with mild soap and cold water. Avoid exposing them to extreme heat, such as direct sunlight in a hot car or high-temperature tumble dryers, as this can cause the Croslite material to warp or shrink. If you wish to customize your pair, simply push the backing of your chosen Jibbitz charm through the ventilation ports until it clicks into place.
