Ceanothus ‘Yankee Point’ is a popular California Lilac shrub with a vigorous spreading habit, forming a perfect mounding bush smothered in bright deep blue flowers from late spring until early summer. It is a neat ornamental shrub, commonly planted in California, and demands enough space as it spreads quickly, covering ground rapidly. Grown for its beautiful display of blue flowers that attract bees, it forms a perfect mound of glossy oval leaves providing year-round interest. This California Lilac is suitable for coastal areas and can withstand more water and clay than other varieties.
