Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Preparation: Before starting, ensure your workspace is protected and well-ventilated.
- Palette: Use a palette suitable for acrylic paints. A disposable palette or a stay-wet palette can be useful.
- Brushes: Choose brushes appropriate for acrylics (synthetic brushes are recommended). Clean your brushes after each use to maintain their quality.

Liquitex Basics Acrylic Paints are compatible with:
- Canvas
- Paper
- Wood
- Mixed media surfaces
Care:
- Storage: Store the paint tubes in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
- Cleaning: Clean up spills and splatters immediately with soap and water while the paint is still wet. Dried paint can be difficult to remove.
- Brush Care: Clean brushes thoroughly with soap and water after each use. Ensure that no paint is left in the bristles.
