Magnetic Acacia Knife Holder - Brown

This holder is designed for standard metal kitchen knives. It will not hold ceramic knives or knives made from non-magnetic materials.

Wipe the wood surface with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking the wood or using harsh cleaning chemicals. For maintenance, use a food-safe wood conditioner periodically.

While placement is flexible, avoid areas with excessive steam, grease, or direct water splashes, as these can affect the wood and magnets over time. Ensure it is mounted securely if placed in a high-traffic area.

The magnets are strong enough to securely hold most standard kitchen knives. The holding power can be influenced by the size, weight, and thickness of the knife blade.

With proper care, including periodic conditioning and avoiding extreme moisture or dryness, the acacia wood is durable and should not warp or crack.

Ensure the knives are made of magnetic material. Check that the knife blade is making firm contact with the magnetic strip and is positioned correctly. For very heavy knives, try positioning them lower on the holder for better grip.

Apply a food-safe mineral oil or wood conditioner to the acacia wood. Wipe off any excess after a few minutes. Repeat as needed, typically every few months.

Check that all mounting screws are tightened securely. If mounted into drywall, ensure appropriate anchors were used and are still intact.
