This Fischer nylon toggle set DUOTEC 10 is specially designed for pre-positioned installation in panel building materials. The 2-component toggles offer high tensile and transverse loads due to their two-component design. Installation is easy with small drill hole diameters of 10 mm and a short toggle element, making them suitable even for narrow and insulated cavities. The plug stays in place during installation, even without a screw, and does not require cutting, thus preventing weakening of the gypsum plasterboard. The toggle element automatically folds behind the panel, providing its strength. Thanks to a flexible stainless steel screw seat, the gravity toggle can be used with wood and chipboard screws or metric hooks and threaded rods with lock nuts. In solid building materials, it functions like an expansion plug. The combination of two material components enhances performance. It is compatible with chipboard screws, hooks with fastening, and screws with metric threads. The flush sleeve strengthens the drill hole, allowing for considerably higher transverse loads. The curved handle helps identify obstacles before installation. The flexible screw mount allows the use of screws and hooks with different thread shapes. Glass fibre-reinforced plastics and a metal skeleton insert allow the toggle to handle heavy tensile and transverse loads in all panel building materials. The soft grey nylon contact surface distributes the load over the panel surface, minimizing the weakening of the supporting building material.
