Refer to the product sizing guide or measure your child's foot and compare it to the UK children's foot size chart provided. Ensure a little room for thicker socks.

These wellies are designed for waterproofing and grip in wet conditions. For very cold weather, we recommend wearing warm socks in addition to the wellies. They are not insulated for extreme cold.

The strap is a functional part of the welly designed for adjustability and securing the fit. It is not designed to be removed.

The best way to dry them is to remove the insoles and allow both the boots and insoles to air dry naturally at room temperature, away from direct heat.

The cleated, water-dispersing sole provides good grip on uneven terrain, making them suitable for light hikes in wet or muddy conditions. However, for extensive hiking, dedicated hiking boots might offer more support and cushioning.

Store them in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Avoid folding them sharply, as this can damage the rubber over time.

The upper, lining, and sock are made from other materials (rubber) and textile, while the sole is also made from other materials (rubber).

Adjust the strap at the top of the welly using the metal buckle to achieve a tighter, more secure fit. Ensure the correct size has been selected.

Check for any visible holes or tears in the rubber. If minor damage is found, consider using a rubber repair kit. Ensure the boots are not submerged in excessively deep water beyond their mid-height design.

Use a damp cloth and mild soap. For stubborn dirt, a soft brush may be helpful. Ensure all soap residue is rinsed off with clean water.

Remove the insoles and wash them with mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reinserting them into the wellington boots.
