Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Carpa sandals remain in top condition, follow these recommendations:
- Initial Setup: Adjust both the front and back ankle straps while standing to ensure the weight is evenly distributed before securing the fasteners.
- Leather Maintenance: Wipe the exterior leather with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove dust. If the leather becomes wet, allow it to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent cracking.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and use a shoe tree or stuffed paper to help the sandals retain their shape when not in use for extended periods.
- Surface Cleaning: The rubber outsole can be cleaned with a stiff brush and mild soapy water if debris accumulates in the tread.
