Yes, the Moab Speed 2 GORE-TEX® are suitable for lightweight backpacking, especially for shorter trips where comfort and reduced weight are priorities. For multi-day trips with heavy loads, consider more robust hiking boots.

Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt. For tougher mud, wash with cool water and a mild soap, then air dry away from heat.

The GORE-TEX® membrane provides reliable waterproofing. As long as the shoe is intact and properly laced, your feet should remain dry in heavy rain and from external water sources like puddles.

The Moab Speed 2 GORE-TEX® generally follows Merrell's standard sizing. However, due to its athletic fit, it's recommended to try them on or consult a sizing chart if purchasing online.
