The Long Chuck Tapered Mainline is designed for casting at range without a leader knot, making it ideal for weedy venues. This 300m spool features 8m sections of 0.47mm (30lb) line at each end for casting force and abrasion resistance, with a 2m tapering section to your chosen mainline diameter. The line can be reversed on the spool if a cut-off occurs. It offers ultra-low stretch for better casting compression, low water absorption, and is lightweight for its breaking strain, being clear to stay in the air longer. It boasts a high breaking strain to diameter ratio to reduce drag. Available in 10-30lb (0.27-0.47mm), 12-30lb (0.30-0.47mm), and 15-30lb (0.33-0.47mm) options. The green version provides an alternative colour for anglers who prefer it over the standard clear.
