The Nike P-6000 Trainers are designed for active kids who want a blend of retro aesthetics and modern athletic comfort. Drawing heavy inspiration from early 2000s performance running shoes like the Pegasus 25, these sneakers provide a lightweight, springy feel that is ideal for daily play, though the leather and mesh construction may require extra attention to stay clean during muddy outdoor activities.

While they feature design elements from performance running sneakers, they are intended primarily as casual lifestyle trainers.
These trainers follow standard UK children's sizing; ensure you measure the child's foot with socks on for the most accurate fit.
No, machine washing can damage the structural integrity and materials. Stick to manual spot cleaning.
No, the breathable mesh construction means they are not waterproof and will absorb water in wet conditions.
The cushioned insole provides general comfort and moderate support suitable for daily wear.
Consider using a double-knot or replacing the standard laces with elastic, no-tie alternatives if the child finds them difficult to secure.
Use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub the mesh panels while dry, then wipe with a lightly dampened cloth.
Check the grooves of the rubber outsole for lodged debris like small stones or mud, and wipe with a damp cloth to restore grip.
To ensure the longevity of your Nike P-6000 Trainers, keep them away from heavy moisture where possible. For cleaning, use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dirt from the mesh and a damp cloth for the leather overlays. Avoid machine washing or using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can compromise the adhesives and leather quality. Ensure the laces are tied snugly to prevent tripping. If the shoes become wet, air dry them at room temperature away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the material.
