The Abus Skurb Kid in Green is an ideal protective solution for young adventurers who want a stylish, skater-inspired look without compromising on safety. Featuring a durable In-Mold construction, this helmet provides excellent impact resistance for cycling, skating, or scooting, though its design is optimized primarily for casual riding rather than high-speed professional sports.

Yes, the Abus Skurb Kid features a robust construction suitable for both cycling and inline skating or scooting.
Yes, the Zoom Ace Kids adjustment system is specifically designed to accommodate ponytails comfortably.
The helmet should sit level on the head, covering the forehead, and should not move significantly when the child shakes their head.
The helmet should be replaced immediately after any significant impact, even if there is no visible damage, as the internal structure may be compromised.
We recommend hand-washing the padding with mild soap to preserve the structural integrity of the fabric and foam.
Ensure the height adjustment at the back is positioned correctly on the occipital bone and check that the chin straps are properly balanced.
The interior padding is removable; hand-wash it with cool water and gentle soap, then let it air dry completely.
Check the mechanism for trapped debris or grit, and gently rotate it back and forth to loosen the gear.
To achieve the best fit, place the helmet on the head, ensure the forehead is covered, and rotate the `Zoom Ace Kids` wheel at the back until the fit is firm but comfortable. The straps should form a 'V' shape just below the ears. For maintenance, remove the inner padding periodically and hand-wash it with mild soap and water, allowing it to air dry completely before reinserting. The outer shell can be wiped down with a soft, damp cloth and a mild detergent. Avoid using harsh chemicals or solvents, as these can compromise the integrity of the protective materials.
