Troubleshooting
Cushion appears to be absorbing water
Ensure the fabric has not been compromised. While water-resistant, extreme saturation or damage to the fabric can reduce its effectiveness. Wipe dry and allow to air dry completely. For persistent issues, consider replacing the cushion.
Surface has a stain that won't wipe off
Try a mild soap and water solution with a soft brush or cloth. Rinse thoroughly with a clean damp cloth and allow to air dry. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the fabric.
Cushion filling feels flat or lumpy
Gently fluff the cushion by hand to redistribute the hollowfibre filling. If the filling has become compacted over time, it may not fully regain its original loft.
