Setup, Compatibility & Care
First Wear Preparation
It is recommended to wash your denim shorts before the first wear to remove any manufacturing residues and soften the fabric. Always wash with similar colors to prevent dye transfer.
Compatibility
These shorts are designed for adults and can be easily integrated into a wide range of casual wardrobes. They are compatible with most casual tops, footwear, and accessories.
Care Instructions
Proper care will help maintain the quality and appearance of your shorts, especially the unique frayed hems.
- Washing: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Turn the shorts inside out to protect the color and frayed details.
- Detergent: Use a mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach, as these can damage the cotton fibers and fade the color.
- Drying: Air dry by hanging or laying flat. Tumble drying on high heat can shrink cotton and exacerbate fraying. If machine drying is necessary, use a low heat setting and remove while still slightly damp.
- Ironing: If needed, iron on a medium setting while the shorts are slightly damp. Avoid ironing directly on any distressed or frayed areas.
- Frayed Hems: The frayed hems are a design feature. Over time, they may naturally unravel slightly. If they become too long or loose, you can carefully trim them with sharp fabric scissors.
