Yes, the zero-twist construction makes them exceptionally soft and gentle, which is often preferred by those with sensitive skin.
It is generally not recommended to iron terry towels, as it can crush the loops and reduce the fluffiness and absorbency.
Due to the zero-twist technology, these towels dry significantly faster than traditional tightly twisted cotton towels when hung in a well-ventilated area.
The towels are designed to hold their color well, but using the correct washing temperature (40°C) and avoiding bleach is essential to maintaining the rich brown tone.
A standard liquid laundry detergent is sufficient. Avoid using fabric softeners as they negatively impact the towel's ability to absorb water.
The lack of twist in the cotton fibers allows for a softer feel and increased surface area for faster, more efficient water absorption.
This is often caused by fabric softener buildup. Wash the towels on a hot cycle without detergent or fabric softener to strip away the residue.
Never pull a snagged loop, as it can cause the weave to unravel. Use sharp scissors to carefully trim the snag flush with the rest of the towel surface.
Ensure you wash these towels separately from items that generate high amounts of lint, such as fleece or flannel blankets.
