No, these are lifestyle trainers designed for casual use and do not provide the necessary technical support for running.
Use a damp cloth with a little mild dish soap to wipe the rubber clean; avoid harsh solvents.
The OrthoLite insole is designed for comfort, but it can be removed if you need to insert your own custom orthotics.
Like most canvas shoes, they may feel slightly stiff initially but will mold to your foot shape after a few days of wear.
Yes, the canvas construction offers natural breathability, making them suitable for warmer weather.
They are designed to feature the wide flat laces to maintain the specific '90s throwback aesthetic.
Use a double knot or ensure the wide laces are pulled taut from the bottom eyelets upwards.
Use a fabric-safe black color restorer or avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when storing.
While the vulcanized sole is durable, exercise caution on polished indoor floors or smooth wet concrete.
For the best fit, ensure you select your standard UK shoe size as the Chuck Taylor Throwback Ox typically runs true to size. To maintain the appearance of the black canvas, avoid machine washing; instead, spot clean with a mild soap and a soft brush. If the canvas gets wet, air dry the shoes away from direct heat sources to prevent the rubber soles from warping or the glue from losing integrity. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain the shape of the upper.
