The jacket includes a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
Yes, the breathable membrane allows perspiration to escape, making it good for active use like hiking.
The outer DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating may need to be refreshed with a technical spray-on treatment if water stops beading on the surface.
Adjust the fit of the hood using the integrated features to ensure it is secure, or wear a cap underneath to hold the brim in place.
To ensure the longevity of your jacket, always shake off excess water before folding it into its bag. If the jacket becomes dirty, machine wash on a gentle cycle using a technical fabric detergent to maintain the waterproof membrane's integrity. Avoid using harsh fabric softeners or bleach. Air dry the garment; do not tumble dry or iron, as high heat can damage the taped seams and technical coating. When storing long-term, ensure the jacket is completely dry before placing it in its storage bag to prevent mildew.
