It is designed to work with SRAM GX 1x11 and 2x11 drivetrains. Compatibility with other brands' components is not guaranteed.

Check and adjust the rear derailleur. Ensure the cable tension is correct and the derailleur hanger is straight. Clean and lubricate the cassette and chain.

Inspect the cassette for wear. If the teeth are worn or damaged, replace the cassette. Also, check the chain for stretch and replace if needed.

Verify that your wheelset has an XD driver body. If it doesn't, you'll need to replace the driver body or get a compatible wheelset.
