Troubleshooting

Cabinet feels unstable after assembly

Ensure the top and bottom sections are securely fastened together according to the instructions. Check that all included hardware is tightened correctly. If the floor is uneven, consider using shims.

Drawers are stiff or difficult to open/close

Check for any obstructions in the drawer runners. Ensure the cabinet is level. Lightly wax the drawer runners with beeswax or a silicone spray for smoother operation.

Glass door is smudged or difficult to clean

Use a dedicated glass cleaner and a soft, lint-free cloth. Spray the cleaner onto the cloth, not directly onto the glass, to avoid drips. Clean gently in a consistent pattern.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: The Florence Display Cabinet is partially assembled, arriving in two main sections: the bottom sideboard and the top glass door cabinet. These sections will need to be joined together. Ensure you have adequate space and assistance for lifting and maneuvering the components. Refer to the included assembly instructions for detailed steps on securing the two parts together.

Compatibility: This cabinet is designed as a standalone piece. Ensure the intended location can accommodate its dimensions (W120cm x H200cm x D42cm). It is compatible with standard home electrical outlets if you choose to install lighting.

Care: To maintain the beauty and longevity of your cabinet, dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For tougher marks on the wood, use a slightly damp cloth and wipe dry immediately. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the finish. Clean the glass panels with a standard glass cleaner and a soft cloth. Protect the wood tops from excessive heat and moisture.
