Its two-way expansion design allows for controlled expansion forces, enabling them to run parallel to the edge of the building material by simply rotating the plug. This prevents chipping of the building material, especially when installed close to edges. It is compatible with wood or chipboard screws and is ideal for fixing in concrete and solid masonry. The plug features anti-rotation lugs to prevent turning in the drill hole and a wide neck that eliminates expansion pressure, protecting surfaces like tiles and plaster from damage. It is temperature-resistant from -40°C to +80°C and its geometry accommodates wood and chipboard screws ranging from 2 to 16 mm. Installation can be flush or push-through. When drilling into perforated and hollow bricks or aircrete, use only the rotary motion without the hammer function. For safety-critical applications with permanent tensile load, nylon plugs are not recommended, and therefore should not be used for ceiling suspensions like light fittings.
