The VidaXL Radiator Cover in Grey is an ideal solution for homeowners looking to conceal unsightly radiators while adding functional surface space to their living areas. Designed for those who value both aesthetics and utility, this cover transforms a utilitarian heater into a decorative piece of furniture suitable for displaying books, photo frames, or ornaments. While it offers a sleek modern upgrade to your interior decor, users should note that the solid construction is specifically intended for decorative purposes and requires proper clearance from the radiator unit to ensure efficient heat circulation.

This specific model is finished in grey, though similar designs may be available in other finishes.
It is not recommended to place heavy electronics or TVs on the cover, as the heat generated by the radiator can damage internal components.
If installed correctly with sufficient air gaps for heat circulation, the impact on room temperature should be minimal.
The cover is made from high-quality engineered wood, which is durable but not waterproof. Avoid placing wet items or plants that may leak water directly on the surface.
Measure the widest, tallest, and deepest points of your radiator, including any pipework or valves, and ensure the internal dimensions of the cover exceed these measurements.
Check that all cam locks and screws are tightened securely and ensure the floor surface is level.
Ensure there is enough clearance between the radiator and the slats to allow for proper air circulation.
Use a damp, lint-free cloth with mild soap; avoid abrasive scouring pads that may damage the grey finish.
Setup requires basic assembly with standard household tools. Begin by identifying all panels and hardware included in the package. Always measure your radiator's height, width, and depth before purchase, ensuring you leave at least 5-10cm of clearance around the radiator to allow for adequate heat dissipation. For care and maintenance, avoid using harsh chemical cleaners. Simply wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust. If the cover is near a high-heat source, periodically check the wood for any signs of drying or warping to ensure the long-term integrity of the engineered wood material.
