Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your hat lasts for years, proper storage and maintenance are essential. Always store the hat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can dry out the leather and cause fading. Avoid hanging the hat on a narrow peg, as this can distort the shape of the crown over time; instead, place it upside down on a flat surface or use a dedicated hat stand. To clean, use a damp, soft cloth to wipe away surface dirt. If the hat gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally at room temperature—never use a hairdryer or place it near a radiator, as direct heat will crack and ruin the leather. Apply a high-quality leather conditioner every few months to keep the finish supple and resistant to the elements.
