GSM stands for grams per square meter and indicates the weight and density of the towel. 800 GSM signifies a heavier, more luxurious towel.

What is Zero Twist construction?

Zero Twist construction uses a special spinning process that results in a denser and more plush pile, enhancing softness and absorbency.

What sizes are available?

The Deyongs Palazzo towel range is available in a standard bath sheet size of 90 x 160cm, along with other sizes. (Please refer to the product details for the availability).

How do I wash these towels?

Machine wash in warm water with similar colors. Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach or fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry.

Are these towels suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, the plush zero-twist pile cotton makes them wonderfully absorbent and gentle on the skin.

What is the towel made of?

The Deyongs Palazzo towel is made of 100% cotton.

How do I maintain the color?

Troubleshooting

Towel feels less absorbent after washing.

Avoid fabric softeners, as they can reduce absorbency. Wash the towel again with a mild detergent and ensure thorough rinsing.

Towel sheds lint after multiple washes.

Wash the towel separately for the first few washes. Avoid overloading the washing machine.

Towel feels rough or stiff.

Ensure you are using a mild detergent and not using excessive heat when drying. Air drying can help preserve softness.
