The XFORT euro sash lock is a mortice locking mechanism for external and internal wooden doors. It features a latch and bolt for use with door handles where euro cylinder key locking door security is needed. You will need an appropriate euro cylinder to operate the lock. The lightly sprung latch will retract fully with only 25-30-degree depression of a lever or knob handle, making opening and closing doors effortless. These euro sash locks are finished in elegant polished brass that complements your door handles and other home decor. This ensures they are aesthetically pleasing while maintaining a consistency with other fixtures and fittings. The face plates are supplied with a protective removable film which ensures they are not scratched or marked during installation. The latch and deadbolt are made from solid brass. The rest of the device is constructed from mild steel for enhanced durability and strength. The bolt through fixing holes means that this mortice lock is suitable for normal backplate door handles, mortice knobs and lever on rose door handles. Designed for use with bathroom door handles on internal wooden doors for both left and right handed doors. The stylish matt black finish complements modern interior décor. Please refer to the images for detailed product dimensions. Complete with all fixtures and fittings including strike plate and screws. This item should be fitted by a locksmith or someone suitably trained.
