Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup and Application
- Prepare Your Lips: For the smoothest application, ensure your lips are clean, exfoliated, and moisturized. You can gently exfoliate with a soft toothbrush or lip scrub.
- Optional Base: If desired, apply a lip balm for extra hydration or a lip liner for definition and to prevent feathering.
- Retrieve Product: Unscrew the cap and carefully pull out the applicator wand. You may wipe any excess product off the wand on the rim of the tube to prevent over-application and stickiness.
- Apply: Apply the Lipglass Air directly to your lips, starting from the center and moving outwards towards the corners.
- Layer as Desired: For a sheer look, one thin coat is usually sufficient. For more intensity or shine, you can apply a second thin layer.
Compatibility
MAC Lipglass Air - Casual - Pink is highly versatile and compatible with most lip liners and lipsticks. Its 'Casual' pink shade is designed to complement a wide range of skin tones and makeup styles, making it an excellent layering product.
Care and Storage
- Storage: To maintain the product's texture, consistency, and longevity, store your Lipglass Air in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight, extreme heat, or freezing temperatures.
- Hygiene: To prevent contamination and ensure product freshness, avoid sharing your lip gloss. Always replace the cap tightly after each use to prevent the product from drying out or collecting dust.
- Cleaning: If the tube or applicator rim becomes sticky from excess product, gently wipe it clean with a dry, clean tissue. Do not clean the applicator wand with water or harsh chemicals, as this can affect the product's formula and hygiene.
