This skirt is specifically designed for petite proportions, so it may appear shorter than intended on taller individuals.
No, it features a comfortable elasticated waistband for easy wear.
It is not recommended to tumble dry, as it may damage the fabric or shrink the elastic waistband. Air drying is best.
The versatile midi length works well with white trainers for a casual look or ankle boots for a more dressed-up appearance.
The skirt features a flowing design intended for lightweight comfort, ideal for transitional weather.
A hanky hem, or handkerchief hem, features an asymmetric bottom edge that creates pointed drapes, adding texture and movement.
Ensure the waistband is sitting at your natural waist rather than hip level to take advantage of the elastic stretch.
Lightly steam the hem to relax the fabric creases; do not press directly with a high-heat iron.
This skirt is designed to be a 'wear and go' piece requiring no complex setup. To keep the skirt in its best condition, it is recommended to follow standard care procedures: machine wash on a gentle cycle to protect the fabric, and hang to dry to maintain the integrity of the hanky hem. Avoid using high heat in a tumble dryer, as this may shrink the garment or damage the elastic waistband. The skirt fits true to standard UK petite sizing for a size 16.
