FAQs

What material is the TOMS Sol Sandal made of?

The upper is made of leather, and the sole is made of TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) and CloudBound™ foam.

How do I adjust the fit of the sandal?

The sandal features an adjustable buckle that allows you to customize the fit for your comfort.

Are these sandals suitable for wide feet?

The adjustable buckle offers some flexibility in fit, but suitability for wide feet depends on individual foot shape and the specific sizing.

How high is the sandal platform?

The sandal height is approximately 3.5 cm.

What does 'CloudBound™ sole' mean?

CloudBound™ sole refers to TOMS' signature foam sole technology, designed to provide comfortable, all-day cushioning.

How does purchasing TOMS support children?

Every purchase of TOMS products supports children's education, health, and well-being initiatives.

Can I wear these sandals in the rain?

While the TPR sole offers some water resistance, the leather upper is not waterproof and can be damaged by excessive moisture. It's best to avoid wearing them in heavy rain.

Troubleshooting

Sandal feels too tight or loose

Adjust the buckle to find a more comfortable and secure fit.

Leather shows signs of drying or cracking

Apply a leather conditioner specifically designed for footwear to moisturize the leather. Ensure the product is suitable for the type of leather used.

Slipping occurs on wet surfaces

While the TPR sole offers good traction, it's advisable to exercise caution on very wet or slippery surfaces. Ensure the soles are clean and dry.
