Setup, Compatibility & Care
To achieve the best fit, ensure the laces are adjusted to your preference before using the side zip for daily entry. If you use custom orthotics, simply lift the existing insole from the heel area to remove it and replace it with your own. To care for your suede Hiroko trainers, we recommend using a soft suede brush to remove dried dust or mud after each use. Avoid getting the shoes excessively wet. If exposed to rain, allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can cause the material to become brittle or shrink. Consider applying a reputable suede-safe protector spray to repel light moisture and surface stains.
