This budget-friendly, self-adhesive vinyl wrap from D C Fix is a versatile solution for updating surfaces in your home. It's ideal for kitchen doors, furniture, and craft projects. The vinyl is heat resistant up to 75°C and durable for easy cleaning. As a non-permanent DIY solution, it's completely removable, making it perfect for tenants or landlords. The "Made in Germany" quality ensures a 5-star rating for adhesion, opacity, lightfastness, shrinkage, and durability. Unlike solvent-based adhesives, D C Fix uses a water-based, low-tack adhesive that allows for repositioning during application, bonding fully within 24 hours. Removal is easy with heat from a hairdryer. For application, a DC Fix application kit is recommended. Overlap the vinyl wrap film slightly to allow for shrinkage when joining pieces. The vinyl can be used with craft machines by adjusting the blade setting. A grid on the backing paper aids in cutting. For surfaces like glass and appliances, lightly spray with water first to aid maneuverability. Handles or lettering should be removed before covering appliances. Use a hairdryer on curved surfaces to warm and make the vinyl more pliable. Aftercare involves wiping clean with regular household cleaner; avoid scrubbing and wipe spillages immediately.
