Troubleshooting
Zipper is stiff or difficult to open/close.
Apply a small amount of wax (like a candle or beeswax) or a specialized zipper lubricant to the zipper teeth. Gently work the zipper back and forth to smooth its operation.
Shoulder strap adjustment is difficult.
Ensure the strap is not twisted. Try loosening the strap completely before re-tightening. If the buckle is dirty, clean it gently with a damp cloth.
Fabric has minor stains.
Gently wipe the stained area with a damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse with a clean damp cloth and allow to air dry completely.
Bag does not hold its shape when empty.
This is normal for soft-sided duffels. The bag is designed to mold to its contents. For better structure when less full, you can use packing cubes or internal organizers.
