The Walk Slim Glide trainers are designed primarily for walking and casual wear, offering excellent support and cushioning for these activities. They are not specialized running shoes and may not provide the necessary features for high-impact running.

The Vio Flex footbed is integrated into the shoe's design for optimal biomechanical support and cushioning. It is not designed to be removed.

Refer to the Vionic size guide and measure your foot. Ensure there is enough room in the toe box and that the heel does not slip. Trying them on at the end of the day, when feet are slightly swollen, can help ensure a comfortable fit.
