Smartseal Heavy Duty Floor Paint is a high-performance coating formulated with a special blend of thermo-acrylic and polyurethane resins. This creates a hard-wearing, heavy-duty elastomeric finish for lasting protection in high-traffic residential and commercial areas. The paint offers a tough, durable, long-lasting protective coating with an anti-slip finish, providing enhanced safety. It is ideal for a variety of surfaces including concrete, stone, metal, tarmac, decking, warehouse floors, industrial floors, kitchens, and stairs. The paint is UV-resistant and water-repellent, retaining its colour over time. Its advanced non-slip formulation creates a safer surface in wet, oily, or greasy conditions, preventing dusting, water, and oil penetration. This polyurethane formulation ensures easy application with a brush or roller, no specialist tools required. It is touch dry in 2 hours and ready for a second coat after 16–24 hours. Each litre covers 6–10 m² depending on surface texture. Highly resistant to excessive wear, oil, grease, and chemicals, this floor coating keeps various floor types looking clean, durable, and professional while delivering long-lasting floor protection and value.
