While they offer excellent cushioning for training, they are primarily designed for general training and shorter to moderate runs. For marathon distances, consider specialized long-distance running shoes.

Ensure there is a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe. The heel should feel secure without slipping, and the midfoot should be comfortably snug.

It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers, as it can damage the materials and construction. Hand washing with a damp cloth is the preferred method for cleaning.

'High-stacked' refers to the significant thickness of the midsole cushioning material, providing enhanced shock absorption and a softer feel underfoot.

Using recycled materials reduces environmental impact by repurposing waste. It contributes to sustainability efforts without compromising the breathability and comfort of the shoe.

Adjust the lacing system. For tightness, loosen the laces, especially around the midfoot. For looseness, tighten the laces more firmly, ensuring an even distribution of pressure.

Clean the PUMAGRIP outsole with a damp cloth or brush to remove any accumulated dirt, dust, or debris that may be affecting grip.

The high-stacked cushioning may require a break-in period. Wear the shoes for shorter durations initially and gradually increase wear time as your feet adapt.
