Taking its name from the Italian word for 'monster', PUMA brings back the Mostro from its archives. This latest release arrives with a textile black upper, with a silver Formstrip on the sidewall and a zigzag Velcro strap closure. Rubber spikes reach up from the grippy outsole and to finish, the PUMA Cat logo features on the heel. First released in 1999, the Mostro has become one of PUMA's best-selling shoes ever. Affectionally named after the Italian word for "monster", it was originally inspired by two sports shoes – a sprinting spike from 1968 and a surfing shoe from the 80s. For those who dare to be bold, this latest version has a somewhat more aggressive look with slightly longer spikes and a futuristic metallic upper.
