Its SafeCook sensor is like having an extra pair of eyes in the kitchen. It carefully monitors the temperature and moisture levels of your food and stops cooking if it's going to burn. And its IndyFlex technology lets you merge two cooking zones into one big one. It's handy if you're using an extra-large pan for your famous stew.
