Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best performance from your Brooks Hyperion Max 4, start by wearing them for shorter test runs to allow the foam and rocker shape to conform to your gait. Since these are neutral trainers, ensure your orthotics, if you use them, are compatible with the shoe's internal geometry. For care, keep your trainers clean by wiping them with a damp cloth after runs in muddy conditions. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can degrade the cushioning polymers. If the shoes become soaked, remove the insoles and stuff the interiors with paper towels to draw out moisture in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
