To keep your EHC canisters in optimal condition, place them on a flat, stable surface away from direct heat sources. Because the material is sensitive to prolonged moisture, never submerge the containers in a sink full of water. Instead, use a warm, damp cloth to wipe both the interior and exterior surfaces. Once cleaned, dry the canisters thoroughly with a soft towel immediately to prevent spotting or corrosion. The canisters are compatible with most standard kitchen counter depths and are designed for indoor use only.
