Because this jacket is a pull-on style, ensure the fit allows for comfortable layering underneath if needed in extreme temperatures. For care, it is recommended to wash the jacket according to the manufacturer's care label, typically using a gentle cycle. To maintain the effectiveness of the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment, avoid using heavy fabric softeners, as these can clog the fabric pores. Regularly inspect the ripstop fabric for debris after outdoor use, and store the jacket in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of the insulation materials.
