Saie Dew Blush - 12ml - Chilly

No, it is specifically designed to be blended effortlessly using your fingers.

It is generally recommended to apply it before powder to prevent patchiness, though it can be layered carefully if the powder is finely milled.

While it is a dewy formula, the water-based gel is lightweight and non-comedogenic, making it generally suitable for all skin types, though you may want to set it lightly with translucent powder.

It contains elderberry, evening primrose, and mulberry extract, which help to brighten and moisturize the skin.

It has a dewy, radiant finish that mimics the look of healthy, hydrated skin.

Use a damp beauty sponge or clean fingertip to tap over the area to sheer out the pigment.

Ensure your base makeup is not fully set with heavy powder; apply the blush to 'tacky' or slightly damp skin for easier blending.

Apply gentle pressure to the tube, as the gel consistency is fluid and flows easily.
