The Valerie Objects Hanging Lamp No.5 is a wall-mounted light designed to offer far-reaching, adjustable illumination, much like a ceiling pendant. Its initial design was conceived for an older house lacking a ceiling socket for lighting, with early prototypes debuting at Muller Van Severen’s inaugural solo exhibition in 2011. The Hanging Lamp No.5 features two 90-degree curved bends, resulting in a linear, rectangular form. The glass lamp extends 90cm from the wall. It is an ideal lighting solution for living rooms, dining rooms, studies, or positioned above a workspace or dining table. The steel rods, available in a variety of vibrant finishes or industrial antique brass, are visually striking whether displayed individually or combined with other Valerie Objects Hanging, Ceiling, or Floor lamps.
