The Catchables Core 2-Pack 3 Card Game is designed for casual players and families who enjoy quick, engaging tabletop experiences from the creators of Exploding Kittens. It delivers fast-paced fun in a compact format, making it an excellent travel companion or a quick filler for game nights. A primary caveat to consider is that because it is a fast-paced, highly thematic card game, it is best suited for those who appreciate lighthearted, luck-and-strategy mechanics rather than deep, complex engine-building games.

The game is designed for 2 players, though it can be adapted or combined with other Catchables sets for larger groups.
This is part of the Catchables series; while it shares the same design philosophy, it is primarily intended to be played within its own series.
It is suitable for most players who can grasp basic card game logic, typically recommended for ages 7 and up.
No, the cards are made of standard high-quality card stock and should be kept away from water and liquids.
Yes, standard card sleeves fit the game perfectly and are recommended for long-term protection.
Consult the rulebook provided in the box. If ambiguity remains, prioritize the most logical interpretation that keeps the game moving.
Use standard-sized protective card sleeves to prevent further wear and to make shuffling easier.
To set up the game, simply shuffle the included decks and follow the character-specific instructions provided in the rulebook. While this set functions as a standalone experience, it is part of the broader Catchables ecosystem. For optimal care, keep the cards dry and avoid bending them during high-intensity play; using card sleeves is recommended if you plan on playing frequently to preserve the edges. Store the components back in the box when not in use to prevent loss, as the small card count is vital for balanced gameplay.
