No, the LucidSound LS10X Gen 2 is a wired headset that connects via a 3.5mm audio cable.
While officially licensed for Xbox and compatible with PCs, it may work with PlayStation consoles if they feature a standard 3.5mm audio jack for controllers or consoles. However, full functionality like licensed features might not be guaranteed.
Simply flip the integrated boom microphone upwards. Flipping it down will unmute it.
Windows Sonic is a spatial sound technology available on Xbox and Windows PCs that enhances audio immersion by providing a richer, 3D soundscape for compatible games.
Information on replaceable earpads is not detailed in the product description. Please refer to LucidSound's official support channels for specific part availability and replacement instructions.
As a wired headset, the LS10X Gen 2 does not require batteries for its primary audio functions.
Ensure the 3.5mm cable is fully plugged into both the headset and the device. Check that the volume is turned up using the on-earcup dial and that the device's volume is also up. Verify the headset is selected as the audio output device on your PC or console.
Confirm the boom mic is flipped down into the 'on' position. Check if the mic is muted via the flip-up control. Ensure the microphone input is selected on your PC or console and that privacy settings are not blocking microphone access.
Check the audio cable for any damage or kinks. Try connecting to a different device to see if the issue persists. Ensure no other audio applications are interfering or running with conflicting settings.
Adjust the headband for a better fit. Ensure glasses arms are not pressing uncomfortably against the earpads. The breathable earpads are designed for long-term wear, so re-positioning may help.
