Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: As pedals are not included, you will need to purchase and install your preferred pedal system. Basic setup may involve adjusting saddle height and handlebar position to your preference. For optimal performance, it is recommended to have the bike professionally tuned by a qualified mechanic, including brake and derailleur adjustments.
Compatibility: The Diverge E5 Sport uses standard 700c wheels and is compatible with tires up to 45mm. It features a UDH (Universal Derailleur Hanger) dropout, offering broad compatibility with many single-chainring drivetrains. The frame includes mounts for fenders and racks, increasing its utility for commuting and touring.
Care: Regularly clean the frame and drivetrain, especially after riding in wet or muddy conditions. Inspect brake pads and tires for wear. The Future Shock system requires minimal maintenance, but periodic checks for smooth operation are advised. Lubricate the chain regularly. Store the bike in a dry place when not in use.
