Product Information

Full details

The Lossø Commuter E-Bike is designed for urban professionals and city dwellers seeking a reliable, efficient alternative to public transport or cars. Its primary advantage is the combination of a responsive 250W torque-sensing motor and a compact folding frame, which makes it perfect for multi-modal commutes and small apartment living. However, potential owners should note that while the bike is highly portable, its 28-inch wheels and robust build mean it is heavier than non-electric folding alternatives.

Is the seat height adjustable?

How much does the bike weigh?

The bike weighs approximately 22kg, accounting for the motor, heavy-duty battery, and frame construction.

Does the bike come with lights?

Yes, the Lossø includes integrated front and rear lights powered by the main battery system.

What is the maximum rider weight limit?

The bike is rated for a maximum load of 120kg, including the rider and any gear carried.

Troubleshooting

Motor assistance feels intermittent

Check the connection between the battery and frame, and ensure the pedal-assist sensor is free from debris.

LCD display fails to turn on

Ensure the battery is securely locked in place and the power button on the battery pack itself is engaged.

Gears are skipping during shifts

The derailleur may need a barrel adjustment; consult a local bike shop to align the Shimano shifting system.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Before your first ride, ensure the battery is fully charged using the provided charger. Check that the tire pressure is within the recommended range printed on the sidewall to maximize both range and comfort.

Maintenance Tips:

Hydraulic Brakes: Periodically check for brake lever firmness. If the levers feel spongy, the system may require a bleed.
Drivetrain: Keep the Shimano 8-speed chain clean and lightly lubricated every 150 km to ensure crisp shifting.
Battery Storage: Store the Samsung battery in a cool, dry place. If you are not using the bike for an extended period, keep the battery charged to approximately 50-60%.
Folding Joints: Keep all hinges clean and apply a small amount of lubricant to the folding mechanisms to prevent stiffness.
