FAQs

Can I use these picks outdoors?

These are primarily designed for indoor use. Outdoor exposure may cause the glitter to fade or the material to degrade in wet weather.

Are the leaves removable?

The leaves are fixed to the stem for structural integrity; they are not intended to be removed.

How many picks come in the package?

This set includes 12 individual eucalyptus picks.

Can these be combined with real flowers?

Yes, they work well with real flowers, though you should ensure the wire stem is wrapped if the flowers are in water to prevent rusting.

What is the total length of each pick?

Each pick measures 55cm in total length.

Troubleshooting

Glitter is shedding during placement

Gently shake the picks outdoors before decorating or lightly spray with a clear acrylic craft sealant if you prefer a permanent fix.

Stem is too long for the desired display

Use wire cutters to trim the stem to the required length; do not try to snap the wire by hand.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Highly flexible wired construction for custom shaping
Deep, elegant dark blue color profile
Versatile length works well for both small and large displays
Easy to integrate into existing garlands or wreaths

Cons

Glitter coating may shed slightly during handling
Not intended for outdoor use in extreme weather
Requires careful storage to prevent bending out of shape

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up, simply insert the stem into your tree branches or floral foam base. If you need a shorter stem for a smaller centerpiece, the wire can be trimmed with standard heavy-duty wire cutters.

For care, these picks are maintenance-free. To clean, use a gentle duster or a blast of compressed air to remove dust. When the season ends, place them in a box or storage bag where they will not be crushed by heavy items, which will preserve the shape of the eucalyptus leaves and minimize glitter loss.
