Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
Getting your infant ready in the Nike Fleece Tracksuit is straightforward:
- Unpack: Remove the tracksuit from its packaging.
- Prepare: Ensure both the hoodie and joggers are right-side out.
- Dress:
- For the hoodie, gently guide your infant's head through the opening, then one arm at a time through the sleeves.
- For the joggers, slide your infant's legs through the pant openings. Adjust the elasticated waistband with the draw-cord for a snug, comfortable fit around their waist, ensuring it's not too tight.
- Adjust: Smooth out the fabric and ensure the ribbed cuffs and hem are comfortably in place, providing warmth and preventing riding up.
Compatibility
The Nike Fleece Tracksuit is designed to be a standalone comfortable outfit.
- Layering: It can be easily layered over a basic short-sleeved or long-sleeved bodysuit or t-shirt for extra warmth in colder conditions.
- Footwear: Compatible with a wide range of infant footwear, from soft booties to sturdy pre-walker shoes.
- Accessories: Can be paired with infant hats or mittens for outdoor adventures in cooler weather.
Care Instructions
Proper care helps maintain the softness, color, and fit of your fleece tracksuit.
- Turn garments inside out before washing to protect the outer surface and branding.
- Machine wash cold (ideally on a gentle cycle) with similar colors.
- Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
- Tumble dry low or, preferably, air dry flat to help maintain the fleece's softness and prevent shrinkage.
- Avoid high heat, as it can damage fleece fibers.
- Do not iron the fleece material directly, as high heat can melt the fibers.
- If necessary, use a very low heat setting and place a thin cloth between the iron and the garment, or steam lightly from a distance. Avoid ironing over printed logos.
- Storage: Store in a dry, clean place. Ensure garments are fully dry before storing to prevent mildew.
