Troubleshooting

Water is seeping through the jacket.

Check the seams and zippers for any damage. Ensure the jacket is properly sealed and that the drawcords are tightened. Re-apply a durable water repellent (DWR) treatment if necessary.

The jacket feels stuffy or warm during activity.

Ensure the jacket is not over-layered. The Climaproof technology is designed for breathability, but excessive layers can trap heat. Open the pit zips if your jacket has them.
