FAQs

What type of golfer is the Quantum Triple Diamond Max Driver best suited for?

This driver is designed for accomplished golfers who desire tour-inspired performance, fast ball speeds, and reduced spin, along with added stability in a 460cc head.

How does the Tri-Force Face Technology improve performance?

It combines Titanium, Poly Mesh, and Carbon Fibre to maintain speed and distance across the entire face, even on off-center impacts, maximizing energy transfer.

What is the benefit of the AI-Optimised Face Design?

It uses advanced AI modelling to calibrate each section of the face for refined launch conditions, controlled spin, and improved accuracy based on real strike data, leading to enhanced consistency.

Can I adjust the ball flight with this driver?

Yes, the driver features a 10g adjustable weight system (APW) that allows players to tailor the ball flight for a neutral or fade bias, enabling precise control over launch and shot shape.

What is the main advantage of the 360 degrees Carbon Chassis?

The chassis is Callaway's lightest and most robust to date, redistributing mass to increase forgiveness, tighten dispersion, and optimize the center-of-gravity position for better overall performance.

Is this driver suitable for beginners?

While it offers forgiveness in a 460cc head, its advanced features and adjustability are generally geared towards more experienced golfers looking to fine-tune their game.

What are the available shaft options?

Standard options include the Fujikura Ventus Black 6 and 7 shafts, available in Stiff and X-Stiff flexes, with respective weights around 60g and 70g, offering Mid Launch and Low Spin characteristics.

Troubleshooting

Clubface feels unusually soft or lacks responsiveness.

Ensure the clubface and surrounding areas are clean and free of debris. For persistent issues, contact Callaway customer support.

Ball flight is consistently too high or too low.

Adjust the 10g weight system to promote a more neutral or desired ball flight. Experiment with different positions to find what works best for your swing.

Noticeable loss of distance compared to previous drivers.

Verify that the driver's loft and weight settings are appropriate for your swing speed and typical launch conditions. Consult with a golf professional or use launch monitor data for accurate fitting.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

The Callaway Quantum Triple Diamond Max Driver features an adjustable weight system for fine-tuning ball flight. To adjust the bias between neutral and fade, locate the 10g weight on the sole and reposition it to the designated slots. Consult the included manual for precise instructions on weight movement and its effect on ball flight.

Compatibility:

This driver is designed for adult male golfers. It is compatible with standard golf shafts and grips. Left-handed availability is custom only.

Care:

To maintain optimal performance and appearance, clean the clubface after each use with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or brushes, as they can damage the clubface and finish. Store the driver in a cool, dry place, preferably in a golf bag with a club cover to protect it from scratches and dents.
