While it is primarily designed as a seat or footrest, it can hold lightweight items, but it is not intended to support heavy or sharp objects.
No, the velour upholstery is fixed to the structure and is not intended to be removed.
The pouf is designed for standard residential use as a footrest or occasional seat; avoid standing on it or placing heavy, non-human weights on it.
A lint roller or a upholstery-safe vacuum brush attachment is the most effective method for removing pet hair.
No, the wooden plate is concealed within the base of the pouf to maintain its clean, rounded aesthetic.
It is not recommended, as the velour fabric and internal foam materials can be affected by high moisture levels over time.
Ensure the floor surface is level and that no debris is trapped under the wooden base plate.
Gently brush the velour in the direction of the nap to restore its natural texture and appearance.
Blot immediately with a dry cloth; consult a professional upholstery cleaner if the stain persists, as aggressive scrubbing can damage the delicate velour fibers.
This product arrives fully assembled and ready for use immediately upon unboxing. To ensure longevity, place the pouf on level flooring to maximize the effectiveness of the wooden stability base. For care, gently vacuum the velour surface with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris. In the event of a spill, blot the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth; avoid rubbing the fabric to prevent piling or damage to the velour pile. Avoid placing the item in direct, harsh sunlight for long periods to prevent potential fading of the fabric color.
