These sneakers are designed to be waterproof for everyday wet conditions and light rain. While they offer good protection, they are not intended for submersion or extreme heavy rain/snowfall.

The waterproof treatment is built into the material. Regularly cleaning the shoes and allowing them to dry properly will help maintain their integrity. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could degrade the waterproofing.

The Air-Cooled Memory Foam® insole is integrated into the shoe's design for optimal comfort and support. It is not designed to be easily removed or replaced without potentially damaging the shoe.

Skechers generally run true to size. We recommend ordering your usual shoe size. If you are between sizes, consider trying the next half size up for comfort, especially if you plan to wear thicker socks.

With the Air-Cooled Memory Foam® insole, these sneakers offer excellent cushioning and comfort for daily wear and moderate walking distances. For very long or strenuous walks, specialized walking or athletic shoes might be more appropriate.

Although equipped with Air-Cooled Memory Foam®, waterproof materials can reduce breathability. Try wearing moisture-wicking socks to help manage perspiration. Also, allow your shoes to air out completely between wears.

Wipe the affected area immediately with a clean, damp cloth. For more stubborn stains, use a small amount of mild soap (e.g., dish soap) diluted in water. Gently rub the area, then wipe clean with a fresh damp cloth and let it air dry.

Faux leather can feel a bit stiff at first. Wear your new sneakers for short periods over a few days to allow the material and memory foam insole to break in and conform to the shape of your feet.
